Star Defender 4 1.17: Life is a game

We agree: computers are powerful working tools. But they are also playing machines. From the times of Solitaire and Arcade games, computers cannot be understood without the games. Star Defender is one of those classic Arcade games, in which skills are far more important than complex action strategies. But graphics and operating system integration are definitely up to date. As an example, it is no longer necessary to play on full screen mode.

The game itself is simple. The goal is to eliminate all the aliens appearing on the screen. The more we get into the mission, the higher the difficulty, with new weapons and additional emotion.

GTA: A game as real as life… almost

Without exaggerating, GTA IV goes even further in realism and flexibility, when compared to already real previous versions.

Liberty City looks like New York City. Number of streets, places, hiding spots, activities and actions, parallel to the main action are simply amazing. This flexibility to move around Liberty City and to take different courses of action as the one set up in the main story gives birth to new games. This way, once the main game has been finished, starting again will probably mean new developments, new characters and new allies.

The main character can chose either cars or motorbikes as vehicles.

As expected, the main character is a mafioso mercenary who accepts barely legal and often violent contracts. All this grants high levels of adrenaline when playing and executing (sometimes literally) the orders.

The game includes an online mode, in which a player can share his contract with up to 16 mercenaries. Each of the playing modes offers a new perspective of Liberty City, with new allies and new enemies. In any case, it is an amazing and spectacular game for both X-Box 360 and PlayStation 3, with incredible graphics.
